1. What this site is
A preview of BORON05/RECALL and the BORON05 product line, plus a form to join the waitlist. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no product is currently available for purchase.
2. Forward-looking statements
Features, pricing, timelines and comparisons described here are our current intentions for a product still in development. They are not promises, and they will change.
Nothing on this site forms a contract or a commitment. When BORON05/RECALL goes on sale it will come with its own license agreement and refund policy, and those will govern your purchase.
3. The waitlist
Give us a real email address that's actually yours. We use it as described on the Privacy page. You can leave at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message.
4. Fair use of the site
Please don't:
- break the law with it, or use it to harm anyone
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or anything connected to it
- scrape or harvest it beyond ordinary search-engine indexing
- use its content to train a machine-learning model without asking us
- submit someone else's email address, or a fake one
- impersonate HEAVYAPERTURE or BORON05
Found a hole? Tell us at security@boron05.ai rather than posting it. We'll take it seriously and we won't come after you for looking.
5. Our stuff
The text, design, layout and graphics on this site belong to HEAVYAPERTURE LLC. BORON05 is our trademark. RECALL is the name of a product we offer under it.
You're welcome to write about us, quote us, link to us, and use the names BORON05 and BORON05/RECALL to refer to our product, in a post, a review, a comparison, whatever. Just don't imply we endorsed or sponsored you, and don't use our logo or brand assets without asking.
We claim no rights in the ordinary word recall. Our mark is BORON05.
If you think something here infringes your copyright, write to dmca@boron05.ai with the details and we'll look into it promptly.
6. No warranty
The site is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or accurate. Documentation, benchmarks and comparisons are provided for information and may be out of date.
7. Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, HEAVYAPERTURE isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, and our total liability is capped at fifty U.S. dollars.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, or any consumer right you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you're fine with the update.
9. Law
Rhode Island law governs these terms, and the courts of Rhode Island have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer somewhere with stronger protections, this doesn't take those away from you.
